Clyde joined our team in January 2022 as an Acquisitions Associate in Linville Team Partner’s growing division of Mergers & Acquisitions for key accounts. In this role, Clyde focuses on data collection, market analysis, and supporting regional acquisitions. Clyde supports client-driven success by promoting thorough market representation and therefore expediting clients’ acquisitions pipelines.

While taking a COVID-forced hiatus from UNC Wilmington, he returned to the Triad where he worked for a residential real estate firm that focuses on solutions for family systems, late-stage estate planning, and aging-in-place. In this role, he gained experience and developed an interest in negotiations as well as buyer and seller relations, which he brings to his position at LTP.

In his spare time, you can find Clyde hosting a BBQ, at a Greensboro Grasshoppers game, or catching live music performances throughout the Triad. He plans on obtaining his broker’s license in the near future.
