Sam joined Linville Team Partners in 2021 as a Broker, where he focuses on general brokerage as well as regional development sales. His involvement, research and diligent prospecting helps each client achieve their real estate goals.

Before joining Linville Team Partners, Sam spent the last ten years in Los Angeles where he was involved in the design and entertainment industries. During this time, Sam studied landscape design at UCLA and led projects for both residential and commercial spaces.

Sam is a proud graduate of North Carolina State University with degrees in English and Spanish. In his spare time, you can find Sam touring Winston-Salem on his road bike, or exploring the trails with his rescue dog, Luna.
