Aubrey Linville, CCIM, is a co-founder and partner of Linville Team Partners and Xpand with over than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment strategy, and entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed hundreds of transactions across a broad range of asset classes including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and investment properties.

With a specialization in investment sales and advisory, Aubrey works closely with owners, developers, and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, asset evaluation, financial analysis, and long-term investment strategy and implementation. His hands-on experience as both a broker and active investor gives clients a uniquely informed perspective throughout every stage of the transaction process.

In addition to co-founding Linville Team Partners in 2012, Aubrey has co-founded and led multiple successful real estate and investment ventures, including Front Street Capital, a private equity-based real estate investment fund, and GEMCAP Development. His entrepreneurial background and investor mindset provide a deep understanding of complex transactions, value creation, and strategic growth opportunities.

Aubrey is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and remains actively involved in both professional and civic leadership throughout the Triad. He has served with organizations including the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership, NAIOP, and the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors. He is also the founder of the AJ Linville Foundation, which supports children with special needs and local charitable initiatives.

Aubrey lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with his wife, Holli, and their children, Grayson and Preston.
