Vice President of Operations

Brent serves as Vice President of Operations at Linville Team Partners and Xpand, where he leads shared services across HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Transaction Management. He brings over a decade of experience designing and refining systems that support growth, bring clarity, and help teams work smarter—internally and for the clients they serve.

Before joining Linville Team Partners, Brent led operations in both retail and real estate, helping companies scale with simplicity and confidence. 

Brent lives in Winston-Salem, NC with his husband Adam and their dog Nancy. Outside of work, you’ll find him planning his next trip, building something (often out of LEGO), or catching a show.
