Logan Brown
Seasonal Associate
Logan joined Linville Team Partners in October 2025 as a seasonal Acquisitions Associate with Xpand. A Winston-Salem native, he stayed close to home to attend Wake Forest University, where he earned a degree in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Entrepreneurship. During college, he worked for College Corner Properties, where he developed a strong interest in commercial real estate through hands-on experience in property management and tenant relations.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys staying active through various sports and spending time outdoors with his dog, friends, and family.
