Operations Coordinator
Morgan joined Linville Team Partners in December 2025 as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, Morgan oversees the day-to-day administrative tasks, while also connecting prospective buyers and sellers with our brokerage team. As a part of the Shared Services team, she assists in projects, event planning, and providing support with our internal database verifying appropriate documentation.
Growing up in South Dakota, Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from Augustana University, studying biology and religion, before moving to Winston Salem to complete her graduate studies at the Wake Forest School of Divinity. Prior to joining LTP she has worked as an Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Admissions at WFU as well as in the non-profit sector. She is happy to call Winston Salem home and can often be found reading outside, saving bugs, or playing with her two cats.
