Morgan DePerno
Operations Coordinator
Morgan joined Linville Team Partners in December 2025 as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for executing core operational, listing, and campaign activities across Xpand and Investment Services, in addition to supporting overall office administration. As a part of the Shared Services team, Morgan assists in maintaining organizations across listings and data, while also providing consistent support to business units and leadership.
Growing up in South Dakota, Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from Augustana University, studying biology and religion, before moving to Winston-Salem to complete her graduate studies at the Wake Forest School of Divinity. Prior to joining LTP she has worked as an Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Admissions at WFU as well as a bookseller at Bookmarks, a nonprofit bookstore. Outside the office she can be found reading, curating a monthly playlist, saving bugs, or playing with her two cats.
