Bolton Beroth

Bolton is an Acquisitions Manager on the Xpand team, focused on automotive M&A advisory across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Bolton graduated with honors from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, earning degrees in Real Estate and Finance with a concentration in Business Analytics. A native of the Winston-Salem area, Bolton is known for his competitive approach, creativity, and relationship-driven mindset.
Outside of work, Bolton is an accomplished dirt bike racer and earned AMA National Championships in 2018 and 2019. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah and their dog, Bo.
