Drew joined Linville Team Partners in 2021, where he initially led the M&A team for XPAND, focusing on strategic acquisitions to drive growth for the firm’s corporate clients. In 2025, he transitioned to the brokerage team, bringing with him a strong foundation in data-driven research, financial analysis, and deal structuring, built through the execution of over 200 unit-level acquisitions.
As a Broker, Drew leverages his analytical background and strategic mindset to help clients uncover opportunities, maximize value, and achieve their real estate goals. He takes a proactive, full-service approach to every transaction, emphasizing transparency, clear communication, and client-focused solutions.
