Katie joined Linville Team Partners in 2021 following three years of commercial real estate experience. Katie focuses on all leasing for Nick Gonzalez’s team. She takes a hands on approach, working tirelessly to help Tenants find the right space and to help Landlords fill vacancies. Katie’s focus and expertise enables her to handle all of the backend intricacies of leasing – she has a firm grip on all facets of a deal and adeptly manages all necessary documentation. Prior to jumping into the CRE world in 2018, Katie worked for Forsyth Futures, a local non-profit that focuses on researching and analyzing community data. This experience fuels her work in real estate, helping her clients understand our market and community needs.

A Winston-Salem local, Katie moved back after attending school in Charlotte. Her passion for her hometown has motivated her to contribute to our community’s growth through her work. Katie is a member of Business Network International (BNI) and on the local Leadership Committee. She loves connecting with individuals, building relationships, and helping others maximize their success.

In her spare time, Katie loves reading and learning new things, abiding by the principal that knowledge is power. Fitness is a passion of hers and she is always up for trying out a new activity! She especially loves spending time outside, preferably near water, with her two dogs, Ellie and Stassi.
