Director of Marketing | Partner

Meg joined our team in 2016 and has played a key role in our continued growth and evolution. As Director of Marketing, she leads the strategy and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, support our business units, and fuel long-term success. Meg brings a holistic perspective to marketing, blending creativity with operational insight to align messaging, streamline systems, and support internal and external communications.

Drawing on her cross-functional background and years of experience with the team, Meg continues to be an invaluable resource across the organization. She plays a key role in cross-functional collaboration, client engagement, and company-wide support—ensuring that our people, processes, and messaging all move forward together.

A proud Wahoo, Meg graduated from the University of Virginia in 2013 with degrees in Biology and Religious Studies. She is an active member of Hope Presbyterian Church and a graduate of the Leadership Winston-Salem class of 2021. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring the Winston-Salem community with her husband, Jake, and their two children, Beckett and Tate.
