Nick joined LTP in 2014 and serves as Managing Director of Brokerage Services, where he leads a high-performance team focused on investment property sales, acquisitions, and strategic advisory for both private and institutional clients.
With deep expertise in sourcing, renovating, managing, and selling commercial real estate, Nick delivers customized solutions that align with each investor’s goals and risk profile. His ability to uncover off-market opportunities and to pull of tax-advantaged exit strategies — including complex 1031 Exchanges — has helped clients grow portfolios while minimizing friction.
Nick leads a team of brokers and also plays a central role in the firm’s Investment Services platform, helping shape deal strategy and execute alongside LPs. Known for his relationship-first approach, Nick believes great outcomes come from trust, transparency, and long-term alignment — not transactional thinking.
