Tinsley joined Linville Team Partners | Xpand as an Associate in October 2024. In his role, he supports business growth and expansion initiatives through site selection and sourcing off-market opportunities across a variety of industries. Taking a relationship-driven approach, Tinsley works closely with business owners to identify opportunities that support his clients’ growth initiatives. His strong work ethic, competitive nature, and attention to detail enable him to deliver value and help clients and business owners achieve their long-term goals.

Originally from West Des Moines, Iowa, Tinsley graduated with distinction from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business in 2023, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Financial Counseling and Planning.

Now based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he is proud to call the city home. Outside of work, Tinsley enjoys golfing, staying active, exploring the Carolinas with friends and family when they visit, and experiencing the area’s Southern cuisine. A proud Iowa State alumnus, he enjoys following Cyclone athletics and cheering on his alma mater.
