Joy Community Fellowship owned a tract of land in Archdale, NC that had originally been intended to be used for construction of a new church. Ultimately, the congregation was able to find a existing already-built option, which left them needing to explore options on what the best use of the land was, ultimately deciding in a sale.
Linville Team Partners spoke to the city planner for Archdale to determine the highest and best use of the land as partially commercial and partially residential. From that determination came a marketing campaign targeting builders, developers, and nearby property owners. While land can be challenging to sell, the team continued to ensure this listing received preferred placement on all marketing services and had continual broker e-blasts and physical promotional mailers go out.
Although the sale took over a year it was achieved at a favorable price with a purchaser that was easy to transact with. The purchaser was procured in-house as a result of Linville Team Partner’s marketing efforts.
