In today’s economic climate, we are all seeking information and answers. In order to help you navigate this time, we will be conducting bi-weekly Zoom calls to review helpful information for you and your business. On each call we will gather a panel of local leaders to share their perspective on a particular theme and answer your questions.

For our second roundtable discussion, we were joined by three local developers: Simon Burgess (Mayfair Street Partners), Porter Jones (DPJ Residential), and Coleman Team (Front Street Capital). These three are responsible for projects such as Hotel Indigo, West End Station, Bailey South, and many others. Aubrey Linville and Ben Bloodworth moderated the conversation as the panelists shared their thoughts on development in downtown Winston-Salem and what impact the current economic climate will have on projects. They shared some great information as well as an exciting announcement!

Our next webinar will be conducted on Thursday May 21st at 2pm. For our third round table discussion, we will be focusing on what the future holds for locally owned retailers. We will be speaking with Claire Calvin (The Porch, Alma Mexicana, and Canteen Market & Bistro), Keith Davis (Fleet Feet Winston-Salem and New Balance), and Sammy Gianopoulus (Fratelli’s Italian Steakhouse, Sammy G’s, and Three Bulls Tavern).

Aubrey Linville and Meg Horvat will be moderating the conversation as the panelist share their thoughts on the future of retail. They will also be sharing some ideas for how to support our local retailers and carry on the momentum of our great community. Be sure to sign up by clicking the button below!
