Nick’s is responsible for managing day-to-day business responsibilities for a team of brokers. Additionally, Nick oversees new client development with an overall high level of follow-through and detail. He tracks all client needs, marketing campaigns and proactive outreach efforts in addition to conducting weekly market research to identify opportunities.
Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Nick graduated from NC State University with a degree in agriculture and business management. Prior to joining Linville Team Partners, his work experience includes technical development, sales and logistics across a broad range of industries, and residential real estate. As a lifelong resident of Winston-Salem he is very knowledgeable of the Triad and surrounding areas making him a valuable resource to clients. The growth, rejuvenation, and success of his hometown is near and dear to his heart. He is passionate about Winston-Salem’s business potential while maintaining its cozy feel and charm. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with family & friends, cooking, golf, winter sports, traveling and motor sports.
